The Garden Site is Open!

While we are working to build a Botanical Garden for Central Virginia that is a showcase for the natural landscape and flora of the Piedmont region. The Garden site is open.

The Garden is located in the eastern section of Charlottesville’s McIntire Park on 14.75 acres at the intersection of Melbourne Road and the John W. Warner Parkway.

“Leave only footprints, take only photographs.”  The Garden is a low-impact area and there are no trash cans on-site.

Furry friends are welcome as long as you remember to clean up after them.
