Laugh Yoga
Harnessing the Power of Childlike Playfulness Through Laughter Yoga! Discover the joy and transformative power of laughter yoga with Victoria, an educator, dancer, improv comedy performer with Bent Theatre, and a mindfulness practitioner certified through Laughter Yoga International. This practice combines playful laughter exercises and breathwork to release stress, boost health, and foster deep connections within a group. Through sustained laughter, moments of grounding meditation, and breathwork, participants tap into their inner child and experience the proven benefits of feel-good hormones, social connection, play, and letting go. Often called “medicine for the soul,” laughter yoga is a fun and accessible way to bring more joy and mindfulness into your life. Victoria has been facilitating mindfulness and creativity events at the White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat in Greene County, sharing tools to cultivate presence and connection. She is also a Spanish teacher at Tandem Friends School and has facilitated Laughter Yoga sessions with faculty and students. Ages 12+ are welcome!

Note: You may bring a yoga mat to sit on during our meditation, but please note that this is yoga due to the breathwork implemented in the laughter exercises. We will not be doing asanas, or yogic poses. Please arrive on time so you hear the introduction and instructions for our time together..
