Beat Sheet Insect Walk
October 7 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Join us in the garden for a walk exploring the different life forms found in the Fall. We will be learning about ecological niches, micro-habitats, and surveying techniques. We will use a device called a beat sheet to collect and hopefully ID insects found in trees and vegetation.
This program is appropriate for adults with all levels of knowledge to join the Bug Squad on an adventure walk and contribute to Community Science. Ages 14+
