This class is a well rounded, adult yoga class meant to stretch and strengthen the entire body. We will move at a relaxed pace that allows you to take your time and let go of rushing. A wonderful physical practice and a mental stress relief. All levels are welcomed, with the ability to get up off the ground and also spend some time on hands and knees.
