Have you ever sensed something sacred about your time in nature? Are you curious about the connections between nature and spirituality? Join us for a contemplative practice designed to inspire conversation between humans and the natural world. Participants will be invited to try a guided “wandering” through the Botanical Garden of the Piedmont and share their experiences with others. Dress for walking outdoors; bring a notebook and pen or pencil. If you have a portable chair you like, bring that, too.
Karolyn Kinane, Ph.D., and Anthony DeMauro, Ph.D., have been practicing and teaching “contemplation in everyday life” for a combined 20+ years. They are co-founders of Hearth Cville, a place for earth and soul connection.
